Senior Product Manager

This role owns the intersection of business outcomes, vendor‑led execution, and user adoption—ensuring solutions are delivered predictably, tested rigorously, and realize measurable business value. Own the product roadmap, release strategy, and delivery plan aligned to program objectives, funding priorities, and business outcomes. Lead prioritization decisions across features, releases, and remediation based on value, risk, and delivery constraints. Directly manage system integrators and product vendors—setting clear outcomes, governing delivery performance, and holding partners accountable to quality and timelines. Establish and run the Value Realization Office (VRO), defining value hypotheses, KPIs, benefits tracking, and realization governance. Own UAT strategy and execution, including business readiness, test scope definition, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and sign off. Ensure UAT is value‑driven—not just system validation—by validating business workflows, controls, and adoption readiness. Act as the primary interface between business leadership, program governance, vendors, and internal delivery teams. Proactively manage cross‑vendor dependencies, delivery risks, and trade‑offs with data‑backed recommendations. Provide executive level reporting on delivery status, UAT health, vendor performance, and realized vs forecasted value.
