Job summary

InCommon, an AI-native cybersecurity company, seeks a strategic Product Manager to own key initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, customers, and leadership to define strategy, build roadmaps, and prioritize features that drive measurable impact.

This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership in a fast-growing environment, requiring data-driven decisions and strong technical fluency in GenAI/LLMs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong product strategy, roadmaps & prioritization.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a strong plus.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to own key product initiatives from customer discovery and ideation through launch and iteration.

You will work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, customers, and executive leadership to define product strategy, build roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver products that create measurable customer and business impact.

This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

The role also requires strong technical fluency and an understanding of emerging technologies such as GenAI and LLMs, particularly in cybersecurity contexts.
