Job summary

bluSwap, a brand of WebFinex TechFusion Pvt. Ltd., seeks an experienced Product Manager in Bengaluru to lead scalable, high-transaction digital products. You will translate business needs into product execution, coordinate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations, and drive high-volume platform performance with reliability and security focus.

This full-time, work-from-office role in HSR Layout requires 4–6 years of PM experience and a strong blend of technical and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and MBA/PGDM.
• Experience in Payment Gateways, Digital Lending, Fintech/Banking products, Crypto platforms, or high-scale transaction systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with business goals.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering to translate requirements.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, and functional specs for scalable, high-availability systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations for end-to-end delivery.
• Drive platforms handling high-volume transactions with focus on performance and reliability.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance alignment (RBI, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Track product performance using data and user feedback to improve outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, high-transaction digital products. The role requires a strong balance of technical understanding and business insight, with the ability to translate business needs into effective product execution while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clear requirement translation.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications for scalable, high-availability systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams for end-to-end product delivery.
• Drive development of platforms handling high-volume transactions with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance alignment (RBI, PCI-DSS, etc., where applicable).
• Track product performance using data and user feedback to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and an MBA/PGDM.
• Experience in one or more domains: Payment Gateways, Digital Lending / Loan Platforms, Fintech / Banking Products, Crypto Platforms, or high-scale E-commerce / transaction-heavy systems.
• Strong understanding of both technology workflows and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
