Job summary

Artisan Field, Inc. seeks a Product Manager to drive product strategy, execution, and delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will rely on user data and feedback to shape roadmaps, define features, and prototype concepts. A background in AI/LLM tech and startup/agile environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in technical product development in startup or agile environments.
• MBA is a plus but hands-on tech product team experience is more relevant.

Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive product strategy, execution, and delivery. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following -

• Product Enhancement: Work closely with engineering, design, and user research teams to improve the existing automotive voice assistant, using real-world & our Client feedback to shape the product roadmap.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and prioritize feature development.
• Feature Development: Collaborate with technical teams to define, develop, and test new features while ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear documentation of product requirements, user stories, and progress updates. This Photo
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about developments in AI, LLMs, and related technologies, using these insights to guide product enhancements.
• Prototype Creation: Create prototypes by self in order to experiment and to guide/help engineers towards new ideas

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• min 6-8 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in technical product development, especially within startup or agile environments, is highly valued.
• An MBA is a plus but previous hands-on experience working in a Product team focused on Technology driven products is considered more relevant.

Key Skills:

• Basic familiarity with AI and LLM technologies.
• Good execution skills demonstrated by ability to manage and guide engineering teams
• Setup discipline for weekly cadence
• Experience in developing and iterating product features or prototype applications.
• Ability to interpret user data and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Understanding of design principles; exposure to voice UI or chatbot application design is a plus.
• Strong communication driven by ability to clearly articulate documents and guide teams
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
