As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own products that impact millions of users every day. From defining the vision and strategy to shipping high-quality experiences, you'll lead the product journey end-to-end. You'll partner closely with founders and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, make data-informed decisions, and build products that drive meaningful user and business outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and own the product roadmap for your charter aligned with company goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, user research, and market insights to identify problems, opportunities, and improve product KPIs.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle - from concept, requirements gathering, and prioritisation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• User-Centric Design: Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver an intuitive and delightful user experience.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to execute product initiatives with confidence.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor KPIs and iterate to drive conversion, retention, and revenue.
