Job summary

Moneyview in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Loan Management System (LMS). You will own the LMS roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant lending features.

Senior Product Manager – Loan Management System (LMS)

What we are looking for:

• 6-10 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in fintech, lending, or credit products, with meaningful exposure to LMS or Core Banking platforms
• Experience with co-lending or partner-led lending models, and familiarity with competing LMS platforms, is a strong plus
• Deep functional understanding of the loan servicing lifecycle — EMI and interest calculation, schedule generation, moratorium and restructuring, payment allocation, NPA classification, settlements and write-offs, charge structures, and prepayment — and how each shapes system design
• Willingness to get hands-on with LMS calculations and edge cases directly, rather than relying solely on Engineering to work through the numbers
• Sound understanding of what RBI and auditors evaluate in a loan book review, with the ability to translate that into system and reporting requirements
• Strong analytical skills, with hands‑on experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis
• Proven ability to bridge Engineering and business teams — Partner Operations, Finance, Compliance, Collections — translating business needs into clear product requirements
• Good track record designing product solutions to operational and compliance problems, with a clear sense of business impact versus engineering effort required
• Ability to build a proactive roadmap rather than a reactive one, and to prioritise across competing stakeholders
• High ownership mindset, comfortable making calls that weigh tech, compliance, collections, and finance constraints together
