Job description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product across all BHIVE platforms and to establish a strong product management culture within the organisation. You will work alongside a team of Product Managers - leading through expertise, process, and influence - while setting the standards, rituals, and frameworks the entire product function adopts. The role reports to senior leadership and carries direct accountability for revenue, retention, and member experience across both physical and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the multi-product roadmap, aligned to BHIVE's revenue and growth objectives, with clear prioritization rationale.
  • Build a product vision that connects physical spaces and digital products into one coherent member experience.
  • Identify new opportunities through member research, usage data, and competitive analysis.
  • Present strategy, OKRs, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
Business Partnership & Discovery
  • Run joint discovery sessions with business teams on every shortlisted initiative; refine and co-sign BRDs.
  • Engage business stakeholders as partners — challenge requirements with evidence, and translate operational and commercial needs into product decisions.
  • Conduct regular member research: interviews, usability testing, surveys, and oncampus observation.
  • Convert booking, retention, and funnel data into insights that inform prioritization.
  • Own Confidence and Effort scoring within the RICE framework and present final rankings at the quarterly prioritization meeting with the CEO Office, PMO, Technology,
  • and business leaders.
  • Maintain a transparent roadmap with a disciplined capacity balance: ~60% roadmap, ~20% quick wins, ~20% bug fixes and tech debt.
  • Make and defend trade-off decisions, including deferring or re-scoping initiatives.
Execution & Delivery
  • Write complete, unambiguous PRDs — user journeys, edge cases, acceptance criteria — reviewed with Technology before development begins.
  • Work daily with engineering and design through sprint cycles; surface blockers early and keep PMO status reporting accurate.
  • Coordinate UAT with business teams; ensure go-live is validated against agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Lead post-launch impact reviews and feed learnings into subsequent planning cycles.
  • Own the BHive member app as the flagship product surface across all bookings, payments, and community features.
  • Drive a mobile-first design approach in partnership with design; improve adoption, engagement, and app store ratings.
Enterprise Systems & Third-Party Platforms
  • Own the Zoho ERP implementation as product owner — gather requirements from finance, operations, and sales; define configuration and workflows; drive phased rollout and user adoption across teams.
  • Embed governance into the ERP from day one — approval workflows, access controls, audit trails, and exception alerts — so issues are caught and enforced by the system before they become financial or reputational risk.
  • Move the organisation from people-dependent execution to system-driven execution — codify processes, checks, and handoffs into the ERP and connected platforms so operations run reliably regardless of who is in the chair.
  • Own the scope of work delivered through third-party platforms — CRM, CLM, payments, and communication tools — treating them as product surfaces with roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics, not just vendor software.
  • Define the integration architecture from a product standpoint — ensure data flows cleanly between the ERP, CRM, member app, and booking systems so members and internal teams see one consistent truth.
  • Lead vendor evaluation and build-vs-buy-vs-configure decisions; manage third-party partners against clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Run change management for enterprise system rollouts —training, documentation, and adoption tracking — so implementations land in daily use, not just go-live.
Product Culture & Practice
  • Establish the PM operating system at BHive: discovery rituals, roadmap reviews, PRD standards, retrospectives, and stakeholder communication.
  • Mentor and influence the existing team of Product Managers as a senior peer; raise the bar on craft across the function.
  • Create reusable templates, playbooks, and frameworks adopted across the product team.
  • Model evidence-based decision-making and member-centric thinking across the organisation.
Requirements
Must-Have
  • 5–9 years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products taken from concept to scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to set product processes and standards adopted by peers and stakeholders — through influence, not just authority.
  • Fluency in structured prioritization frameworks (RICE or similar), with the ability to defend scoring before senior stakeholders.
  • Strong PRD writing — clear, complete, and edge-case aware.
  • Hands-on discovery skills: user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Experience with agile delivery and standard tooling (Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel or equivalents).
  • Clear, concise communication of trade-offs to engineering, business, and executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
Nice-to-Have
  • Background in proptech, hospitality, real estate, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience building or scaling a B2C mobile app (iOS/Android).
  • Experience owning workflows built on third-party platforms — CRM, CLM, booking/reservation, or payment systems — including configuration, integrations, and
  • Experience working within a structured PMO or stage-gate environment.
  • Prior experience establishing a product function in a growth-stage company.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementations — Zoho preferred (SAP, Oracle, or similar also valued) —including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and rollout, is a strong added advantage.

Proactive monitoring and collaboration with team members and internal departments are necessary to guarantee seamless operations at the Centre.
