Job summary

Henkel in India seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer to support localization initiatives, scale-up, pilot trials, and process validation, linking Product Development Engineering with manufacturing to accelerate commercialization and regional growth.

You will collaborate with PDE, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations, ensuring rigorous documentation, safety, and compliance throughout trials and transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, pilot plant, laboratory, process engineering, product development, or scale-up environment.
• Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills for process, equipment, and manufacturing issues.
• Experience supporting pilot trials, manufacturing transfers, process validation, and product commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

About this Position

TheSenior Product Development Engineer will support the future localizationinitiatives by providing hands-on technical support for product scale-up, pilottrials, manufacturing transfers, and process validation activities. This rolewill serve as a key link between Product Development Engineering and themanufacturing site, helping accelerate commercialization and regional growth.

What you´ll do
