Job summary

Tekion Corporation in India is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of complex features across Tekion’s platform, ensuring scalable, intuitive, and visually consistent user experiences. This role partners with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver user-centered designs.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in product design or UX, a strong portfolio, and expert skills in Figma and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex product areas from discovery to delivery, including user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user problems, product strategy, and success metrics.
• Facilitate and contribute to design critiques, cross-functional workshops, and ideation sessions.
• Drive improvements to design systems, accessibility, and UX quality across the product.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and iterate based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and help uphold design best practices and team standards.

This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver elegant, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong product vision, systems thinking, and mentorship capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex product areas from discovery to delivery, including user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user problems, product strategy, and success metrics
• Facilitate and contribute to design critiques, cross-functional workshops, and ideation sessions
