Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; motion/animation experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across formats.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design a variety of digital and print assets including campaign visuals, presentation decks, event materials, product graphics, and social media content.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs that support storytelling and strategic messaging.
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of Tekion’s visual brand system.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to gather requirements, present design concepts, and deliver final assets.
• Provide art direction for photoshoots, illustrations, or video components when applicable.
• Maintain organized design files and templates for reuse across the organization; mentor junior designers and participate in feedback cycles.

The ideal candidate has strong creative and technical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of design outcomes from concept to delivery.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices is a plus
