Job summary

Tekion Corp in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product initiatives that amplify customer value and align with business goals. You will work across engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to launch impactful features and ensure market relevance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, sales, and success teams, plus data-driven prioritization and measurable outcomes to support a global cloud-native AI platform.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in product management, including ownership of product lines or features.
• Background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for assigned product lines or features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to define and launch new features or products.
• Engage with customers, sales, and customer success teams to gather feedback, validate concepts, and ensure value delivery.

Job Introduction
