Job summary

Tekion Corporation in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead development of complex software features across Tekion’s platforms. You will mentor junior engineers, influence system design, and drive technical excellence in architecture and implementation.

You will design scalable, high-performance services, collaborate with architects, and ensure quality, performance, and maintainability while resolving production challenges to support rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Designs and builds scalable, high-performance systems and services to support business growth and technical evolution.
• Leads feature development from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in software engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native services, and performance optimization
• Experience with microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade software and improving team effectiveness
