Responsibilities

• Own and lead UX design initiatives for core enterprise platform experiences.
• Design scalable workflows, navigation systems, dashboards, alerts, and enterprise interactions.
• Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive workflows.
• Drive information architecture and interaction design for complex systems.
• Conduct user research, workflow analysis, usability reviews, and competitor benchmarking.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity product experiences.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems and UX standards.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Leadership, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to product strategy and define UX direction across the platform.
• Mentor designers and help establish design quality benchmarks and best practices.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (UX) with 8-12 years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS and enterprise products. You will work on an AI-driven Data Security platform used by enterprise security, compliance, and business teams. The role focuses on UX, product thinking, systems thinking, information architecture, and simplifying complex technical workflows

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead UX design initiatives for core enterprise platform experiences.
• Design scalable workflows, navigation systems, dashboards, alerts, and enterprise interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with complex workflows, dashboards, admin systems, or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong product thinking and systems thinking.
• Expertise in: Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Usability, Workflow Optimization
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of enterprise UX patterns and scalable, component-driven systems.
• Ability to simplify technical or data-heavy workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring designers.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped enterprise products with measurable impact.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Data platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise security or compliance workflows.
• Experience with large datasets, monitoring systems, alerts, filters, permissions, and admin workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.
• Experience conducting usability testing and customer interviews.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and implementation constraints.
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflows or agentic UX patterns.
• Experience building or scaling enterprise design systems.
