Job summary

Emergent is hiring a Senior Product Designer in Bengaluru to own end-to-end design for major parts of the platform. You will turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences and partner with engineers and product teams to ship fast, high-quality features.

The role requires heavy focus on interaction and visual design, strong product intuition, and a high ownership mindset. You will influence design systems and contribute to product thinking as the product scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals.
• Comfort working on technical or complex products (you don't need to code, but you should enjoy collaborating with engineers).
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information.
• Clear communication and strong product intuition.
• High ownership mindset; you care deeply about what ships.
