Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing product design team. You will collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences and contribute to the design of high-impact SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Contribute to end-to-end design efforts, from problem understanding to final handoff.
• Collaborate closely with Senior designers, Product Managers, and engineers to create impactful design solutions.
• Participate in design critiques and iterate & incorporate feedback effectively.
• Use and maintain the design system to ensure product-wide consistency.
• Prepare clear design documentation, specs, and assets for development.
• Conduct basic UX research and usability tests when needed.
• Perform UI/UX audits to identify improvements in existing experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strong UI/visual design skills, UX thinking, and end-to-end project work.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and developer-handoff.
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and component-based design systems.

Preferred

• Experience working on SaaS, enterprise, or data-heavy platforms.
• Experience using design systems and components
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and usability best practices.
• Exposure to agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development constraints.
