Job summary

Subscribili is looking for a senior product designer to own end-to-end design across complex product surfaces. Bring 5-8 years of experience and a strong portfolio, with deep Figma expertise including component architecture, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping. Web apps and responsive experiences are key, with mobile a plus. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on a multi-sided B2B SaaS platform to deliver scalable, consistent designs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong Figma expertise including component architecture, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
• Design experience for web apps and responsive experiences; mobile is a plus.
• Strong systems thinking; design for scale and consistency.
• Hands-on user research with synthesis, not just handing off to a researcher.
• Clear communicator who can present design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-sided platforms with admins, end users, patients, etc.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly without waiting.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to converse with engineers.

• Hands-on experience conducting and synthesising user research, not just handing it off to a researcher.
• Clear, confident communicator who can present design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS products, particularly multi-sided platforms with distinct user types (admins, end users, patients, etc. ).
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and moving quickly without waiting.
• Working knowledge of front-end fundamentals HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is enough to have real conversations with engineers and understand technical constraints.
