Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology experience, including 6+ years hands-on NetSuite expertise in R2R, accounting, or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
• Experience with journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for NetSuite functionality in R2R processes, maintaining workflows and data integrity.
• Lead or participate in R2R projects including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support month-end to year-end close processes with accurate reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and external vendors to optimize NetSuite workflows and provide user training.
• Explore automation opportunities and AI/ML-driven solutions to improve R2R efficiency.

As a NetSuite R2R Analyst, your role will support and strengthen Okta's financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. This is a potential Contract to Hire position. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite functionality in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, maintaining workflows, configurations, and data integrity to enhance efficiency and compliance (e.g., SOX, GAAP). Lead or participate in R2R-related projects, including implementations, migrations, process improvements, customizations, upgrades, and integrations with NetSuite’s financial modules. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by ensuring timely reconciliations, reporting, general ledger accuracy, consolidations, and inter company accounting. Partner with finance, IT, and external vendors to provide NetSuite support, resolve issues, streamline processes, evaluate automation opportunities, and deliver user training. Monitor audit trails, support audit processes, generate required reports, and ensure system configurations align with audit and compliance standards. Provide project updates to leadership, communicate risks or dependencies, and propose actionable solutions to enhance NetSuite workflows and overall system performance. Leverage GenAI or Agentic AI solutions to automate financial reconciliation, enhance anomaly detection, and optimize R2R processes. Hands‑on experience on NetSuite and Oracle Fusion Cloud/SAP Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, with over 8 years of technology experience, including 6+ years of hands‑on NetSuite expertise in R2R, accounting, or finance roles.
