Job summary

Okta is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the SIW Platform team in Bengaluru. You will drive performance, roadmap alignment, and cross-functional collaboration for secure, scalable web experiences, including integration of AI into the SDLC. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on quality, security, and delivery excellence.

You will mentor engineers, recruit top talent, and partner with product and tech leads to advance Okta's Enterprise Access goals on-site in India.

Operating under the larger Enterprise Access pillar, the SIW Platform team owns Okta’s secure web experiences for end-user authentication and access. We build the Okta Sign-In Widget (SIW) —a highly secure, open-source login platform designed to be easily customized and extended both by our internal feature teams and by external customers.
