Job summary

Okta seeks a skilled NetSuite Developer to optimize, customize, and maintain our NetSuite ERP system. As part of our Business Technology team, you will be responsible for developing scripts, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements to improve business processes and scalability.

This role reports to the Manager in Bangalore, India, and involves hybrid work. We value proactive problem-solving, learning, and working with external AI frameworks to drive future NetSuite improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of NetSuite development experience (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk).
• Experience with SuiteCloud tools, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with the SuiteScript Generative AI APIs to integrate LLM capabilities.
• Good understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (Order Management, Billing, Vendor bill).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and related web technologies.
• Nice to have AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, and RAG experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations, including SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0), workflows, and saved searches.
• Leverage NetSuite AI capabilities and APIs to create AI-enhanced features.
• Collaborate with the BT team to design, develop, test, implement & support NetSuite solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
