Job summary

AXA Global Business Services in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, is seeking a Senior Procurement Associate to support global sourcing and procurement operations in India. The role requires understanding of the procurement cycle and P2P processes, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Candidates should be self-directed and comfortable with flexible shift timings. You will handle supplier onboarding, due diligence, Coupa P2P training, and management reporting, while driving process

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (Coupa/SAP/Ariba).
• Procurement domain experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement life cycle and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform PR-PO due diligence and expedite requests.
• Perform supplier onboarding due diligence and support end-to-end process.
• Support management reporting and prepare ad hoc procurement reports.
• Conduct Coupa P2P training for business users.
• Onboard suppliers on Coupa Supplier Portal.
• Support User Management Workflow maintenance activities.
• Follow procurement policy, procedures and internal guidelines.
• Support procurement operations communications and functional support.
• Back-office procurement support including SLAs, KPIs, spend analysis and process transformation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the P2P process.
• Ensure business continuity and team harmony.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote an inclusive environment.

Senior Procurement Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to serve as a Senior Procurement Associate for our Global Sourcing and Procurement function in India. This role requires detailed understanding of Procurement cycle, Procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and proven experience with integrating business processes and policies. Candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams and management. To be a successful candidate, they need to be self-directed and comfortable working in flexible shift timings.

What you’ll be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include

• Perform PR-PO due diligence and effort to expedite requests.
• Perform Supplier Onboarding due diligence and support end-to-end process.
• Support management reporting and prepare ad hoc Procurement reports.
• Conduct Coupa P2P training to educate business users.
• Conduct training to onboard suppliers on Coupa Supplier Portal.
• Support User Management Workflow maintenance activities.
• Ensure to follow Procurement policy, procedures and internal guidelines.
• Actively support Procurement Operations communication channels to provide functional support.
• Back-office procurement support including SLAs, KPIs, Spend Analysis, Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement.
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement or Innovative Business Ideas for upscaling the P2P process, generate efficiency, improve customer feedback, reduce cycle time etc.
• Ensure business continuity, support peers and team harmony.
• Closely work with stakeholders and support inclusive environment.

You will report to Senior Manager, Procurement Operations.

• Experience of working in ERP/Procurement systems (preferably Coupa/SAP/Ariba).
• Good working experience in Procurement domain in a multinational environment will be preferred.
• Good understanding of Procurement Life Cycle and Procurement Operations activities.
• Excellent written/verbal skillset for business communications.
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Team players with the ability to also work Self supported and responsibly.

• Post-Graduate/Certification in Procurement domain will be preferred.
