Job summary

Roundglass Foundation in Mohali invites an Associate, Procurement to independently manage and support procurement across shared services and corporate categories, with emphasis on IT procurement, ERP execution, reporting and governance.

You will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure smooth case movement, maintain documentation, and drive category ownership while aligning with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, business administration or related discipline.
• 4–8 years of procurement experience, including IT procurement exposure.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) or equivalent; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement cases across assigned categories, from requirements to PO closure.
• Coordinate IT hardware/software procurement with stakeholders.
• Gather complete requirement details and obtain approvals to ensure timely case movement.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, amendments and service entries.
• Maintain vendor records, documentation, and compliance with procurement processes.
• Support vendor onboarding, renewal tracking, invoice coordination and service continuity.
• Prepare procurement MIS, spend analysis, savings reports, and renewal calendars.
• Escalate delays or bottlenecks to avoid case slippages.

About the role

The Associate – Procurementwill independently manage or support procurement across shared service andcorporate categories, with a strong focus on IT procurement, procurementoperations, ERP execution, reporting and governance. The role is expected to combinehands-on case execution with strong process discipline, stakeholderresponsiveness and increasing category ownership over time.

What you’ll do –

This role will support theprocurement portfolio, covering categories such as corporate services,residential, living-related categories including sales, services and growthmarketing, IT hardware and software, insurance and miscellaneous supportrequirements. The role will work closely with the senior associate or categoryowner while ensuring smooth day-to-day case movement, system accuracy andstakeholder support.

• Manage or supportend-to-end procurement cases across assigned categories, including requirementunderstanding, quotation collection, comparison preparation, negotiationsupport, PO processing and closure follow-through.
• Handle procurement of IThardware, software licenses, SaaS renewals, technology services and othershared services categories in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internalusers to gather complete requirement details, clarify scope, obtain approvalsand ensure timely case movement
• Create and manage purchaserequisitions, purchase orders, amendments, service entries and relatedprocurement transactions through approved systems.
• Maintain completedocumentation, vendor records, approval trials and compliance with internalprocurement processes and audit requirements.
• Support vendor onboarding,renewal tracking, invoice coordination, payment follow-up and servicecontinuity for assigned categories.
• Prepare procurement MIS,spend analysis, savings reports, ageing trackers, payment follow-up fromfinance and renewal calendars for management visibility.
• Escalate delays, missingapprovals, vendor issues or workflow bottlenecks in a timely manner to avoidcase slippages.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree in commerce, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline;procurement or supply chain certification preferred.
  
• 4–8years of procurement experience, including exposure to IT procurement, sharedservices procurement or procurement operations.
  
• Goodunderstanding of quotation comparisons, purchase orders, vendor coordination,documentation standards and process compliance.
  
• Proficiencyin Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle orequivalent; Power BI preferred.
  
• Strongexecution discipline, responsiveness, attention to detail, follow-throughorientation and ability to manage multiple requests in parallel.
  
• Strongwritten and verbal communication, stakeholder service orientation andwillingness to take on broader category ownership with experience.
