Job summary

The role focuses on monitoring KPIs, conducting 8D/7QC root cause analysis, supporting SPC/MSA/PPAP PFMEA, and leading continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering.
• 3-8 years in Process Quality/Manufacturing Quality.
• Knowledge of 8D, 7QC Tools, SPC, MSA, PPAP, PFMEA, IATF16949, Poka-Yoke and audit systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Senior level experience.
