Arup is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with 10+ years of experience to support projects across India and international markets. You will contribute from concept development through FEED and detailed engineering, using robust process fundamentals and simulations to optimise energy efficiency and decarbonisation efforts.

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas, hydrogen, chemicals, low-carbon fuels, and industrial decarbonisation sectors. The role involves supporting projects across the full lifecycle, from concept development and techno-commercial studies to FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning support, and operational optimisation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process engineering fundamentals, mass and energy balance development, process simulations, and preparation and review of key process deliverables. Experience in capital cost estimation and working with multidisciplinary teams is essential. Exposure to hydrogen, ammonia, e-methanol, and gas processing projects will be advantageous. The candidate will work closely with clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, licensors, lenders, project developers, and internal teams, contributing to projects across India and international markets.
