Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Senior Process Associate - PTP in Mohali, Punjab, India to manage vendor invoice processing and payments while ensuring compliance with local tax and corporate policies. The role reports to TL / AM / Manager within the PTP function of Finance.

The ideal candidate will have a commerce background with up to 5 years in AP, strong accuracy, and a proactive approach to regulatory compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of statutory guidelines and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Validate / account vendor invoices into ERP.
• Process payments for vendor invoices (automatic and manual).
• Ensure compliance with indirect taxes per local regulations.
• Adhere to Bunge AP policies and SOX controls.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets.

Role Purpose Statement

Role responsibilities include but not limited to processing of vendor invoices / payments ensuring compliance with statutory / local regulations and Bunge AP Policy compliance.

Main Accountabilities

• Validation / Accounting of Vendor Invoices into ERP
• Payment Processing of vendor invoices through automatic module and manual payments
• Ensuring Compliance with statutory guidelines for indirect taxes as per local country regulations
• Adherence to respective SOX compliance as per the activity performed
• Adherence and compliance to internal Bunge AP Polices for Accounting / Payment of vendor invoices

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with relevant 0-5 years of experience in AP Domain
