Job summary

Jobtailor invites applications for a Process Associate role based in Hyderabad, India. The incumbent will follow SOPs, perform data analysis, generate reports, and support process improvements across mortgage and accounting domains.

Key responsibilities include handling varied tasks with accuracy, collaborating with the team, understanding customer needs, and ensuring First Time Right delivery. 1–2 years of experience preferred; diploma or graduate in commerce/arts/business admin is expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of formal education – Diploma/Graduate (Commerce/Art/Business Administration)
  • Professional work experience of 1-2 years
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

  • Meet individual KPI targets while following quality standards.
  • Adhere to process SOPs and internal guidelines.
  • Identify process scenarios, analyze proactively, and propose improvements.
  • Understand mortgage, title insurance, Time Share property, Claims Servicing & Claims Prevention workflows.
  • Use business apps to retrieve information and compile results.
  • Create timely process-related reports.
  • Flag rule breaches to team leads with clear notifications.
  • Deliver tasks across simple to high complexity.
  • Support knowledge transfer through learning and training materials.
  • Demonstrate First Time Right culture in order processing.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Process Associate is responsible for meeting individual key performance metrics related to business processes assigned while adhering to quality standards under the guidance/supervision of identified mentor/lead.
  • The incumbent is accountable for following process standard operating procedures.
  • Also needs to identify various process related scenarios, perform proactive analysis around it and propose a solution or process improvement.
  • Ability to understand the basic nature of the domain and relate that to the entire value chain of mortgage and title insurance solutions, Time Share property, Claims Servicing & Claims Prevention etc.
  • Working knowledge in all the Business Applications related to Processes.
  • Ability to retrieve relevant information using appropriate online business‑related websites.
  • Ability to use these tools to perform required searches and collate information.
  • Ability to identify and notify team members and leads in case of rule break in the tool.
  • Ability to process simple, medium and high‑complexity tasks.
  • Ability to create process‑related reports within the desired timeframe that is expected.
  • Follow the set guidelines/framework while structuring all work products.
  • Ability to provide implementable recommendations based on the gaps and problems identified.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and/or recommend improvement ideas (e.g., Kaizens).
  • Maintain compliance with the quality metrics.
  • Ability to display the culture of FTR (First Time Right) while processing orders.
  • Ability to understand the explicit and implicit needs of the customer and deliver to meet / exceed expectations consistently.
  • Ability to quickly unlearn / learn various tools, processes and controls to deliver effectively.
  • Ability to comprehend and come up the learning curve required to do tasks as per the defined training timelines/schedule using the right resources.
Requirements
