Job summary

Homelane is seeking a senior interior designer with a luxury residential focus to lead design-to-order conversions for flagship projects in Hyderabad. You will manage Luxe clients, conduct in-depth consultations, and create compelling layouts and 3D visuals balancing aesthetics, costs, and feasibility.

We expect 6–14+ years in luxury interiors, a relevant degree, and a track record with marquee projects. You will own multiple projects, coordinate with PMs, and upsell premium finishes within

Qualifications

• 6–14+ years of luxury residential interiors experience.
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; postgraduate preferred.
• Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.
• Conduct detailed client consultations on lifestyle, space, and budgets.
• Create layouts, 3D views, and material selections balancing aesthetics and cost.
• Own multiple projects and ensure timely design sign-offs.
• Present designs persuasively and close design iterations.
• Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.
• Coordinate with PMs and execution teams for design handover.
• Upsell premium finishes and modular enhancements.
• Ensure zero-defect designs following HomeLane guidelines.

• Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.


• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.


• Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.


• Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.


• Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.


• Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.


• Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover.


• Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.


• Ensure zero-defect designs by following HomeLane technical and quality guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications
