Genpact is hiring for a Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle SCM Functional Architect to lead ERP project delivery with expertise in MFG and Finance modules. The role involves data migration, workday integrations, and coordinating multiple teams in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

The candidate will bring strong data governance, project leadership, and executive presence to drive successful client outcomes across global implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in business analytics, CS or statistics and a Data Science master's is preferred.
• Professional certifications in data management and compliance are advantageous.
• Experience with Workday integrations and ERP project management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers to understand strategies, challenges and goals.
• Should have data migration experience.
• Demonstrates executive presence, strong communication for pre-sales and project execution.
• Facilitate, negotiate, influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Design solution knowledge across industries (Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, etc.).
• End-to-end project management and coordination for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with external providers.
• Understand Workday integration/execution/launch parameters.
• Workday integrations development experience.
• Project management experience for ERP projects.

Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle SCM Functional Architect.

In this role you will be responsible for project management activities for a SCM project which requires experience on MFG and Finance modules. Moreover awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our customers to understand strategies challenges and goals.
• Should have data Migration Experience.
• Exudes strong executive presence demonstrates a polished demeanor and superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales project execution in complex environment;
• uses excellent facilitation negotiation influencing and consensus building skills to drive diverse teams
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge and deep expertise in designing solution for an industry (Financial Healthcare Retail Manufacturing Insurance. - etc.)
• End to End management and co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project
• Coordination with external providers
• Understanding of Workday integration execution/ launch parameters
• Workday integrations development experience
• Project management experience for ERP projects.
