Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Principal Architect - Enterprise Application to drive and finalize the technology stack for diverse IT initiatives within Genpact's enterprise ecosystem. You will liaise with infrastructure, security, data privacy, and delivery teams to ensure sound solution design and alignment with standards.

You will shape the architecture blueprint, define requirements, and guide cross-functional teams toward scalable, secure enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT with architecture experience.
• Experience leading enterprise application architecture and governance.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled enterprise solutions is a plus.

Job Description

• Finalizing technology stack for various initiatives within the IT ecosystem of Genpact to meet business requirement.
• You will function as a SPOC for architecture and liaise with internal Genpact customer\business IT Infrastructure team, Infosec team, Data privacy team and delivery team to ensure accurate solution design, and fitment to the requirement.
• You will have involvement in all architecture governance throughout the application development life cycles along with implementing all Genpact standards\guidelines and standard methodologies for all architecture works.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for enterprise applications; Define technical requirements, standards, and guidelines for application development; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure enterprise solutions; Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integration into existing systems; Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams; Ensure compliance with architecture principles and design patterns in all development projects; Conduct regular architecture reviews and make recommendations for improvements; Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise application architecture; Mentor and coach junior architects and developers in architectural best practices.
