CloudThat seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to support the US sales team. You will design cloud and AI solutions, lead technical discussions, and drive deal closures for enterprise customers.

You will lead PoCs, workshops, and architecture discussions, prepare SoWs and proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFIs. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Presales, Solution Architecture, or Consulting.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, containers, networking and security.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills for enterprise customers.

Role Overview

We're looking for a customer-focused Senior Presales Solution Architect with strong expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Generative AI to support our US sales team. You will engage with enterprise customers, understand business challenges, design cloud and AI solutions, lead technical discussions, and help drive successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the US Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), workshops, and architecture discussions.
• Prepare solution proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and effort estimations.
• Recommend Generative AI use cases using modern AI technologies.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Stay updated on emerging Cloud and AI technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Presales, Solution Architecture, or Consulting.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and security.
• Strong customer presentation and solutioning skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise or US-based customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional/Associate
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• AI/Generative AI certifications are an added advantage.
