Job summary

Next is seeking an AI Solutions & Power Platform Specialist with hands-on experience in Copilot, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online to drive AI adoption across the organization.

You will design automations, build AI-powered workflows, and develop reusable templates while ensuring governance and security across Power Platform. Strong collaboration with business and tech teams is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 2+ years with AI/Copilot technologies, especially Copilot Studio.
• Strong SharePoint Online, AI Builder, Dataverse, and governance exposure.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and enterprise automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop Copilot Studio agents.
• Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions.
• Build AI-powered workflows and integrate with Copilot agents for efficiency.
• Develop prompt libraries, templates, and automation accelerators.
• Support AI governance, security, and data governance across Power Platform.
• Evaluate technologies, build PoCs, and recommend AI/automation solutions.
• Conduct training and contribute to an AI Community of Practice.

AI Solutions & Power Platform Specialist

About the Job

We are looking for an AI Solutions & Power Platform Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, AI Builder, and Generative AI. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, building AI-powered solutions and Copilot agents, developing Power Platform automations, and driving enterprise-wide AI adoption.

What You'll Do

• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop Copilot Studio agents and domain-specific AI assistants for business processes.
• Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, AI Builder integrations, and Dataverse solutions to enable business automation.
• Build AI-powered workflows and integrate Power Apps with Copilot agents to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries, AI templates, automation accelerators, and best practices while applying prompt engineering and AI-first principles.
• Support AI governance, security, knowledge sources, agent permissions, responsible AI, and data security across Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, build PoCs and prototypes, and recommend AI and automation solutions aligned with business needs.
• Conduct training and workshops and contribute to building an AI Community of Practice across the organization.

What We Seek In You

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, with strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 2+ years of experience with AI/Copilot technologies, particularly Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, AI Builder, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform governance.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Agent Design, Responsible AI, and AI Governance.
• Experience building and integrating AI agents, business workflows, REST APIs, and enterprise automation solutions.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-driven business solutions.
• Exposure to Claude AI, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, Power BI, and RPA concepts is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, training, and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Power Platform automation solutions.
• Exposure to Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Dataverse, GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, Power BI, and RPA.
• Experience creating PoCs, reusable automation frameworks, prompt libraries, and AI accelerators.
• Experience conducting AI/Power Platform training and contributing to an AI Community of Practice.
