Marsh is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, with 130 countries of service and a large workforce. We seek a Plan Administration - Administrator to ensure world-class service delivery to US clients, handle pension plans and disbursements, and meet strict SLAs with high accuracy.

The role requires graduation, 2+ years of experience, and strong MS Office skills. You may work nights and must adhere to SOPs while delivering quality results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of DB domain preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
• Good communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn processes quickly and meet defined timelines.

Responsabilités

• Ensure world-class service delivery to US clients globally.
• Process tasks for US Wealth clients and administer pension plans and disbursements.
• Maintain productivity and CU%; drive process improvement.
• Meet external and internal SLAs: 98% accuracy, 100% TAT.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines; timely status updates.
• Support compliance, audits, and mandatory trainings.
• Be flexible for night shifts and calendar-driven client calls.

Plan Administration - Administrator Company: Description:

We will count on you to:

• The incumbent in this role will ensure world-class service delivery to the US clients globally.
• This position is responsible for various professional activities, including processing transactions, administration of Pension plans and Disbursements.
• The role will focus on - Processing of tasks for US Wealth clients
• Maintaining the required Productivity% and CU%
• Process Improvement
• Meeting all the process SLAs external and internal (98% Accuracy and 100% TAT)
• Adherence to Process SOPs/Guidelines
• Effective utilization of available time
• Adherence to calendar for client calls
• Support compliance and audit requirements, completion of mandatory/recommended trainings
• Applicants should be flexible working in nights

What you need to have:

• Graduation in any stream
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Good Knowledge of DB Domain preferred
• Ability to multi-task, self-starter
• Good Interpretation and decision-making skills
• Good command of MS office applications (Excel, Power-point)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good analytical and research skills, attention to details
• Learn the process effectively and efficiently
• Responsible for processing all tasks within the defined timelines
• Delivering quality output
• Sharing work status updates with PDs/PCs on assigned tasks
• Ensure adherence to communication calendar
• Adhere to process documentations (e.g. SOPs, Processing Guide and Exception Matrix)
