Ktek Talent Solutions in Chennai, India, seeks a Senior Automation & Pega Developer to lead modernization of existing automations, drive product deliveries, and ensure best-practice software craftsmanship. You will work across Pega RPA/DPA, PRPC, Alteryx, Java, QlikSense, AI, and automation tools, with cloud engineering exposure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale case management and orchestration solutions using Pega PRPC.
• Strong knowledge of guardrails compliance and maximizing component reuse.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern integration methods (REST, JSON/XML) and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilités

• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design for enterprise-scale case management and orchestration solutions while ensuring Pega guardrails compliance and maximum component reuse.
• Architecture & Design: Design robust class structures, application frameworks, data layers, and security architectures.
• System Integration: Integrate Pega PRPC with third-party systems using RESTful services and APIs, including event-driven approaches.
• Governance & Standards: Define and enforce standards for ruleset strategies, branching models, deployment patterns, and DevOps governance.
• Performance Engineering: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across large workloads with tools like Tracer, PAL, PDC, and AES.
• Monitoring & Observability: Oversee production issue triage and system health with Kibana and New Relic.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and QA.

Role & responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design for enterprise-scale case management and orchestration solutions while ensuring Pega guardrails compliance and maximum component reuse.
• Architecture & Design: Design robust class structures, application frameworks, data layers (data pages, sourcing, caching), and security architectures (enterprise-grade access control and compliance).
• System Integration: Integrate Pega PRPC with third-party systems and modern technology platforms using RESTful Services (JSON, XML, HTTP), APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Governance & Standards: Define and enforce standards for ruleset strategies, branching models, deployment patterns, and DevOps pipeline merge governance.
• Performance Engineering: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across large workloads using tools like Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, PDC, and AES.
• Monitoring & Observability: Oversee production issue triage and system health using modern monitoring tools like Kibana and New Relic.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams for seamless end-to-end delivery.
