6+ years in IT, with 4+ years in development

Practical experience in 2 coding languages OR advanced proficiency in 1 language

• Strong design and implementation across case architecture, data layer, UI rules, SLAs, routing

• Exposure to Pega GenAI / AI‑driven workflows / Agentic AI capabilities
• Pega Smart Disputes or other industry frameworks
• Global, multi‑region deployments with compliance/regulatory considerations
• Legacy modernization programs (mainframe, BPM, workflow platforms)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for case management solutions ensuring guardrails compliance and reuse
• Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models
• Integrate PRPC with third‑party systems via RESTful services (JSON, XML, HTTP)
• Define/enforce standards for ruleset strategy, branching, reuse, deployment
• Debug using Tracer, Clipboard, Admin, PDC; monitor via Kibana/New Relic
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting (PAL, AES/diagnostics)
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, drive quality through testing strategies
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams for end‑to‑end delivery
• Expertise in enterprise case architecture, integration, ruleset governance, security architecture
