Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and support applications on the Pega Platform.
• Design and implement Pega Process Flows and Activities.
• Develop UI components and Reporting features.
• Work on Decision Management in Pega.
• Build integrations using SOAP, REST, HTTP Connectors, and Services.
• Work with Listeners, Agents, and Batch Processes.
• Integrate Pega with databases and external systems.
• Debug applications using Live UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
• Support deployment across different environments.
• Write and execute unit test cases.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams.
• Use AI tools and Prompt Engineering to improve development productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with the Pega Platform.
• Experience working on multiple Pega frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Python development.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted development.
• Experience in application development and system integration.
• Good communication skills with the ability to handle client calls independently.
• React.js or Node.js knowledge will be an added advantage.
