Job summary

FastSwitch - Great Lakes Pvt Ltd. seeks a senior Pega developer with 5–8 years of hands-on Pega experience and over 6 years in IT to own end-to-end delivery on complex projects. You will design case architectures, data layers, and UI rules while driving integration with REST services and deployment automation.

The role emphasizes strong debugging, production issue triage, and DevOps practices for Pega, including cloud-native deployments and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• CSSA certification (mandatory)
• 5–8 years of strong hands-on Pega development experience with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong design and implementation across: Case architecture (multi-case orchestration, reusable subprocesses)
• Strong data layer (data pages, sourcing, caching, pagination strategies)
• Strong UI rules (sections, harnesses), correspondence, SLAs, routing
• Strong integration experience: REST services, connectors, authentication patterns, resiliency and retry strategies
• Error handling, mapping, and logging standards
• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL and production issue triage.
• Experience with DevOps practices for Pega (branching model, pipeline deployments, merge governance).
• Good-to-Have: Deep experience with Pega Constellation; Expertise in cloud-native deployments; CI/CD pipelines; Pega GenAI exposure; Enterprise integration ecosystems and microservices architecture.
• Nice-to-Have: Banking/Financial Services domain experience; Pega Smart Disputes exposure; Global multi-region deployments; Legacy modernization programs
