Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking a payroll specialist to manage US bi-weekly payroll end-to-end and provide international payroll support. You will process using ADP, handle garnishments and taxes, and respond to employee queries with 0–3 years of experience and an accounting degree.

This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with US payroll rules, and collaboration with finance teams, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic tech-enabled environment and exposure to multi-country payroll

Qualifications

• Graduate with Accounting major or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in US Payroll Processing.
• At least 1 year of hands-on payroll processing experience using ADP.
• Excellent knowledge of end-to-end US bi-weekly payroll processing.
• International payroll support knowledge.
• Knowledge of garnishments and tax levies.
• Knowledge of Social Security, Medicare, federal, state, FUTA, and SUTA taxes.
• Knowledge of payroll journal entries.
• Experience processing 401(k).
• Ability to handle employee queries.
