Genpact in India is seeking a senior Procurement Advisory Leader to guide the advisory practice, shape market offerings, and lead a team of India-based consultants delivering transformation for global procurement programs.

You will drive end-to-end procurement transformations, partner with global teams, and deliver measurable business value while growing Genpact's advisory footprint in India.

In this role you will thrive within fast-paced and transforming environments - both within Genpact as well as our clients, advisors and the partners we work with. You will build, directly manage and motivate a team of India based advisory professionals serving the global procurement transformation market opportunity, supporting global advisory pursuits and engagements as part of a broader delivery team. In all instances you will be required to shape, sell and deliver market leading and differentiated projects and capabilities that create measurable value and deliver transformational outcomes such as:

• Enterprise level cost and performance strategy review and development (inc. CPO, CFO, COO engagement)
• Client Global Capability Centre (GCC) and Global Business Services (GBS) strategy and operations development for procurement
• Design and oversight of results driven end to end source to pay transformation programmes
• Oversight and development of business cases and implementation road maps for procurement transformation
• Accelerated cost takes out programmes which leverage category driven strategic and accelerated sourcing projects
• Source to pay (S2P), Agentic and digital platform deployment including optimization of leading applications such as Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, Oro, Zip as well as Genpact proprietary assets and IP
• P2P and procurement operations transformation/improvement
• Key relationships for this role are Practice organization, Technology teams and partners, Business Development Teams, Regional and Global operations teams, Client Stakeholders

Responsibilities

As part of the Procurement advisory practice leadership team you will help set strategic direction, drive employee engagement, and contribute to building offerings and intellectual property

• You will proactively contribute and develop Genpact's advisory capability and offerings with a specific focus on GCC/GBS offerings and embedding advisory capabilities into agentic operations and managed services solutions
• Working with the broader Genpact sales and client teams, you will lead sales efforts for our Procurement advisory programs (including cross-selling broader Genpact capabilities) as well as part of solutioning of managed service proposals to drive significant top-line growth both through new engagements and through establishing Genpact as transformation partner for our existing clients
• Work with wider Genpact Procurement India senior leaders as part of the end-to-end sales process (e.g. client visits to India) to ensure clients experience the breadth and depth of Genpact advisory capability
• Be responsible for continually enhancing our India advisory footprint, talent and capability
• Lead and develop a team of India based consultants as well as project based matrixed responsibility delivering results that delight our clients and deliver Genpact committed financial results and impacts
• Provide management and business oversight to ensure achievement of key financial metrics (e.g. booking, revenue, utilization, margin) as well quality of overall performance and delivery
• Build market and brand awareness by participating in industry analyst discussions, publishing insights, and driving relevant marketing activities
• Work and develop closely our S2P partner ecosystem

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in a consulting/advisory environment in both revenue generation and client delivery

• The executive gravitas to influence CXO decision and work within a matrixed structure
• Ability to lead, build and develop advisory talent
• Subject matter experience in category management, sourcing and cost take out programmes ideally across both direct and indirect commodities
• Detailed and practical knowledge of end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities including application of data, technology and AI
• Analytical skills to identify business and commercial risks to partners and propose solutions which are supported by data and analysis
