Job summary

Vivicta, formerly Tietoevry Tech Services, invites a Senior OTM Techno-Functional consultant (6-8 yrs) to drive end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management projects in a Nordic transformation context. You will interface with EDI, WMS, and finance systems, translate requirements into designs, and support offshore delivery with strong communication and leadership.

You will contribute to solution design, optimization of OTM processes, and incident management to ensure successful project outcomes

Qualifications

• 6-8 Years OTM technical experience with Release 6.x
• Strong knowledge of OTM modules: order management, OTM finance, shipment management, automation agents
• Experience preparing mapping documents to interface OTM with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems
• Ability to translate functional specifications into design specifications for Offshore Delivery Centre
• Ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and related topics
• Experience checking OTM logs and taking corrective actions
• Hands-on JSPX/XSL is a plus
• Experience in end-to-end OTM implementations and OTM architecture
• Ability to resolve incidents, work on problem tickets and handle CRs
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Solve incidents and tickets related to OTM in production and non-production environments
• Translate functional specifications into design specifications for offshore delivery centre
• Prepare mapping documents to interface OTM with EDI, WMS and finance systems
• Write SQL statements for automation agents and related tasks
• Review OTM logs and take corrective actions
• Utilize JSPX/XSL where applicable to customize flows
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Support end-to-end OTM life cycle and architecture governing documents

Role - Senior OTM Techno-Functional consultant(6-8 yrs)

Experience: 6-8 Years

• Minimum 6-8 Years OTM Technical experience in OTM and worked on OTM Release 6.x.
• Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application modules such as order management, OTM finance, shipment management and automation agents.
• Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems, and be able to translate the functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
• Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics.
• Must have capability to check OTM logs and take actions accordingly.
• Hands on experience on JSPX/XSL will be additional advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations and OTM architecture.
• Candidate will be responsible to solve incidents, work on problem tickets and do CRs.
• Good in communication skills
