Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in Pune, India is seeking a senior Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) specialist to translate complex business requirements into OTM build activities.

The role covers master data, itinerary, order planning, shipment execution, route optimization, integration via OTM REST and SOAP, and performance tuning. You'll work with carriers and 3PL partners and handle data migrations from cloud to on‑prem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) workflow design and development.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data modelling for OTM
• Experience with OTM REST and SOAP API integrations

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements into OTM build activities.
• Lead master data, itinerary, order planning and shipment execution workstreams.
• Design and implement route optimization, network config and track-and-trace processes.
• Perform stage, production deployments and data/configuration migrations (cloud to on-prem).
• Develop operational and analytical reports; troubleshoot performance issues.

9. 9. Stage and Production environment code deployment and migration activities
10. 10. Migrate data and configuration from public cloud to on-prem environment
11. 11. SQL query design and implementation
12. 12. Experience working with Oracle for SR resolution, logging and data export
13. 13. Rate card structuring/template creation and setup
14. 14. Screen-set and manager layout technical changes
15. 15. Experience working with carrier, 3PL, other logistics 3rd party integrations technical teams
16. 16. Technical documentation
17. 17. VPD (virtual private domain) and security configurations within OTM
18. 18. Creating workbench configurations
19. 19. Experience working with stakeholders to handle OTM requirements
