Job summary

Vivicta in Pune seeks a Senior OTM Techno-Functional consultant with 6-8 years of hands-on OTM experience to drive end-to-end implementations and ongoing support. You will work on OTM modules such as order management, finance, and shipment management, and interface OTM with EDI, WMS, and finance systems, translating functional specs into design for offshore delivery.

Strong SQL skills, ability to analyze OTM logs, and familiarity with JSPX/XSL are valued.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years OTM technical experience including Release 6.x
• Strong knowledge of OTM modules: order management, OTM finance, shipment management, automation agents
• Experience mapping interfaces between OTM and EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems; translate specs to design for offshore delivery
• SQL proficiency for automation and technical topics
• Ability to read OTM logs and take corrective actions; JSPX/XSL experience is a plus
• Experience across end-to-end OTM lifecycle/implementations and OTM architecture
• Candidate will handle incidents, problem tickets and CRs
• Strong communication skills; leadership ability is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead OTM technical and functional activities in implementations and support
• Prepare mapping documents to interface OTM with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems
• Translate functional specifications into design specifications for offshore delivery
• Resolve incidents, work on tickets, and implement change requests (CRs)
• Maintain good communication with stakeholders and possibly display leadership in the team

Role - Senior OTM Techno-Functional consultant(6-8 yrs)

Experience: 6-8 Years

• Minimum 6-8 Years OTM Technical experience in OTM and worked on OTM Release 6.x.
• Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application modules such as order management, OTM finance, shipment management and automation agents.
• Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems, and be able to translate the functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.

• Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics.
• Must have capability to check OTM logs and take actions accordingly.
• Hands on experience on JSPX/XSL will be additional advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations and OTM architecture.
• Candidate will be responsible to solve incidents, work on problem tickets and do CRs.
• Good in communication skills
