Job summary

Coupa Software Inc. in India is seeking a Senior Order Management Associate to drive the end‑to‑end order to cash process.

You will manage complex orders, review pricing, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Customer Success to ensure accurate and timely order execution. You will identify bottlenecks, implement scalable improvements, and mentor junior teammates while maintaining data integrity and generating insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SaaS, FMCG, or Financial Services.
• Experience engaging with senior sales management to resolve issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to negotiate professionally.
• Ability to manage a complex, high‑value portfolio independently.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in a second language is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Oracle and Tesorio valued.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).

The Impact of a Senior Order Management Associate at Coupa

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Order Management Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. You will handle complex order workflows, resolve escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless order execution. As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in optimizing current processes and mentoring junior associates.

What You’ll Do

• Order Processing & Accuracy: Manage the end-to-end order process, including reviewing contracts, validating pricing, and processing complex orders in our CRM and ERP systems
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and contract disputes
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the order‑to‑cash workflow and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
• Escalation Management: Serve as the point of escalation for complex order inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions for both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer and transaction data across all systems. Generate regular reports on order volumes, processing times, and revenue recognition bottlenecks
• Mentorship: Train and guide junior order management team members, sharing best practices and ensuring team‑wide adherence to compliance standards

What You Will Bring To Coupa

• Minimum 5 years of ideally within SaaS, FMCG, or Financial Services industries
• Demonstrated history of engaging at a senior sales management level to resolve account issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate confidently and professionally
• Proven ability to manage a complex, high‑value portfolio independently
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Fluency in a second language (native/mother tongue or equivalent to English) is a strong advantage
• Hands‑on knowledge and practical usage of Oracle and Tesorio highly valued
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)
