Responsibilities

• Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
• Provide hands‑on support for Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
• Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements.
• Train end‑users on new processes and systems.
• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Assist functional teams with month‑end close processes and provide ongoing support.
• Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end‑users.
• Lead and guide teams in quarterly patch testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption.
• Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Requirements (Education Must Be Included)

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the Order to Cash process, with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
