Job summary

HypTechie in Bangalore seeks an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, upgrades and production support. You will engage in two full lifecycle EBS deployments or major upgrades, covering GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, SLA and E-Business Tax.

The role requires strong SQL/PLSQL basics, excellent stakeholder management, and coordination with business users and technical teams on RICEW components.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle EBS implementations or major R12 upgrades.
• Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, SLA, E-Business Tax.
• Good understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.
• Experience in AGIS/Intercompany transactions and multi-currency consolidation.
• Knowledge of AIM/OUM methodology and functional documentation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules.
• Handle functional implementation, rollouts, upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT and production deployment.
• Prepare functional documentation, including BRD, MD50/FRD, BR100 and test scripts.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Handle production issues, troubleshoot functional problems and coordinate with technical teams.
• Work with business users and technical teams on RICEW components.
• Support P2P, O2C, intercompany transactions and multi-currency financial processes.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution through Oracle SRs.
