Job summary

DBiz.ai seeks an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle R12 Financials expertise and Fusion Technical exposure. The role covers GL, AP, AR, CE, FA, plus RICE components, integrations, reporting, workflows and period‑end close support.

You will design, develop and support EBS customizations, XML Publisher/BI Publisher reports, REST/SOAP interfaces, APEX apps and data loads (FBDI/HDL), collaborating with finance teams to ensure compliant, efficient month‑end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10–13 years of experience in Oracle R12 Financials support, enhancements and implementation projects.
• Experience in Fusion Technical on BIP reports development and troubleshooting.
• Extensive hands-on with RICE components, XML Publisher Reports, Workflows, REST APIs, Interface Tables, and Oracle APEX development.
• Experience supporting critical finance operations and period-end closures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide effective Oracle EBS solutions.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve period closure issues across finance modules.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose optimal solutions.
• Support audit, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle EBS R12 customizations and extensions.
• Develop and maintain RICE components.
• Good Experience in Interfaces, Conversion, Extension is required
• Should have extensively worked on Workflow Customizations
• Worked on XML Publisher (BI Publisher) reports
• PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers
• Work extensively with Finance-related interface tables and public APIs.
• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications and reports.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion BIP Reports.
• Experience in OIC is Added Advantage

• Proven experience around 10-13 years in Oracle R12 Financials Support, Enhancements, and Implementation projects.
• Experience in Fusion Technical on the BIP reports Development and troubleshooting.
• Extensive hands-on experience with RICE components, XML Publisher Reports, Workflows, REST APIs, Interface Tables, and Oracle APEX development.
• Experience supporting critical finance operations and period-end closures

• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
