Excelencia in Pune is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Apps Developer - Order Management to lead end-to-end Oracle EBS projects (R12/11i). The role requires owning requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, and production support while mentoring teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.

You will work on RICEFW components, using SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OAF, and Oracle Workflow Builder, and support integrations in Unix/Linux environments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS (R12/11i) techno-functional roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL & PL/SQL, Forms & Reports, XML/BI Publisher, OAF.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and Oracle modules: Finance, SCM, Order Management & Pricing, EDI.

Responsabilidades

Job Title: Senior Oracle Apps Developer - Order Management

Experience: 8+ years

Shift: UK Time-zone (2pm - 11pm)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/11i). The candidate will be responsible for owning and driving end-to-end project delivery across all phases including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, and production support. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement and support Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Design and develop custom solutions including:
• Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (RICEFW)
• Work on Oracle development tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
• Provide Level 2 production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with Oracle support and business users to resolve application issues.
• Prepare test environments post-cloning and support UAT activities.
• Monitor system health and perform maintenance activities.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of technical and functional consultants.
• Review team deliverables and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, including SOX and regulatory controls.
• Support integrations and coordinate with other IT teams.
• Stay updated with Oracle technology trends and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS (R12/11i) techno-functional roles

Strong expertise in:

• SQL & PL/SQL (including performance tuning)
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• XML / BI Publisher
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder
• Experience working on Unix/Linux environments
• Strong experience in Oracle modules: Finance (AP, AR, GL), SCM, Order Management & Pricing, EDI.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
