Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical modules including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OA Framework. You will work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to develop and implement customized Oracle Applications solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.
• Design and develop technical solutions using Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
• Write complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and triggers.
• Customize Oracle EBS applications based on business requirements; participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Applications; perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot performance issues; document technical designs, code, and workflows.
• Collaborate in the deployment and migration activities for Oracle Applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Apps Technical development with PL/SQL programming.
• Proficient in Oracle Forms and Reports development.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow and Alerts.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS) is a plus.
• Experience with XML Publisher and BI Publisher reports.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle R12 or higher.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
• Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite or integration technologies.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
