Bioxgreen Technology Pvt. Ltd invites a Senior/Principal Process Engineer to lead process design, proposal engineering, and technical support for Water, Wastewater, ETP, STP, Desalination, and ZLD projects across industrial, municipal, power, and oil & gas sectors.

The role covers design and scheme selection for WTP/ETP/STP, DBR/PFD/P&ID/WBD, hydraulic calculations, and sizing of clarifiers, filters, and biological systems, along with BOQ, CAPEX & OPEX estimates for proposals.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is required.
• M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process design and scheme selection for WTP, ETP, STP, Desalination & ZLD systems.
• Prepare DBR, PFD, P&ID, WBD and perform hydraulic calculations.
• Size clarifiers, filters and biological systems (SBR, MBR, UASB), UF, RO, MEE, CGE.
• Prepare proposals with BOQ, CAPEX & OPEX estimations.
• Coordinate vendors, prepare technical specifications, datasheets & TER.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with Civil, Electrical, C&I teams.
• Support FEED, Basic & Detailed Engineering and client technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process design and scheme selection for WTP, ETP, STP, Desalination & ZLD systems
• Preparation of DBR, PFD, P&ID, WBD, hydraulic calculations
• Sizing of clarifiers, filters, biological systems (SBR, MBR, UASB), UF, RO, MEE, CGE
• Proposal engineering including BOQ, CAPEX & OPEX estimation
• Vendor coordination, technical specifications, datasheets & TER preparation
• Review of vendor drawings and interdisciplinary coordination (Civil, Electrical, C&I)
• Support FEED, Basic & Detailed Engineering and client technical discussions

Key Technologies

• Membrane systems: UF, NF, BWRO, SWRO, MBR
• Biological & conventional treatment systems
• ZLD systems: Evaporators, Crystallizers
• Electro / Gas Chlorination, CW chemical treatment

Qualifications

• B.Tech Chemical Engineering
• M.Tech – Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science (preferred)

Experience & Skills

• 12–18 years in EPC / consultancy / proposal engineering
• Strong knowledge of CPHEEO, IS, ANSI, API standards
• Experience in large industrial, power, oil & gas, and municipal projects
• Excellent techno-commercial and documentation skills
