Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Operator for STP and WTP in Sriperumbudur. The role focuses on operation, preventive maintenance, and timely execution of maintenance tasks for water treatment and effluent plants, plus boiler and cooling-tower systems.

Strong knowledge of 5S and SAP PM is preferred. Candidate should have 1–2 years in engineering for degree holders or 2–5 years for diploma holders, with hands-on experience in pumps, valves, blowers, and gear boxes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Diploma with relevant field experience.
• Experience in maintenance and installation of pumps, valves, blowers, compressors and gear boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and operation of STP, WTP, ETP, boiler systems (HFO/WHRB) and cooling towers.
• 5S and PM planning support; schedule activities for routine equipment tasks such as pumps and valves.
