As a Senior operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supporting the review of Experience onboarding funnels and assessing their readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring alignment with policy, design, and regulatory requirements. Through reliable delivery of key performance metrics and a growing understanding of domain knowledge, this role will support informed decision-making and consistent operational execution. By assisting with operational workstreams, flagging opportunities for workflow improvements, the role will contribute to continuous improvement and the overall success of the program.

A Typical Day:

As a member of the Operations team, you will apply foundational principles, practices, and methodologies within your designated focus area, developing expertise across a range of workflows. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and hands-on experience to support efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations. Assist in the end-to-end Hotel profile creation and onboarding process, including processing content (photos, amenities) and managing data entry for hotel profiles. Ensure key performance metrics are consistently met across operational workflows, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and proactively implement solutions to drive efficiency. Develop deep domain knowledge of core processes and systems, leveraging this expertise to support complex workstreams and ad hoc business projects. Support complex and nascent workstreams using operational diligence, and expertise driven decision-making. Supports ad hoc projects based on business needs, with roles and responsibilities aligned to specific project requirements.

Your Expertise:

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is inclusive of allowances and is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentives, one or more equity programs, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
