Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create detailed daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order priorities and delivery dates.
• Manage the complete production process—from fabric and trims to cutting, dyeing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, quality checks and dispatch.
• Allocate work effectively across masters, tailors, embroidery teams, dyers, finishing staff and external vendors.
• Set clear daily targets for every department and closely monitor output.
• Handle multiple collections, custom orders and store requirements simultaneously without missing deadlines.
• Coordinate between designers, masters, karigars, vendors, stores and management.
• Identify production bottlenecks early and take immediate corrective action.
• Maintain clear production records, job sheets, worker allocation reports and delivery schedules.
• Provide management with accurate daily progress updates and report risks or delays.
• Improve production efficiency, worker productivity and overall workflow.
• Ensure all completed pieces are properly finished, checked, packed and delivered on time.

Aribo is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Production Manager to take complete ownership of our garment production from planning and worker allocation to quality control and final delivery.

This is a senior execution-focused role for someone who can manage multiple styles and orders simultaneously, lead workers firmly and respectfully, identify delays before they occur, and ensure every garment is completed to the required quality and timeline.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order priorities and delivery dates.
• Manage the complete production process—from fabric and trims to cutting, dyeing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, quality checks and dispatch.
• Allocate work effectively across masters, tailors, embroidery teams, dyers, finishing staff and external vendors.
• Set clear daily targets for every department and closely monitor output.
• Handle multiple collections, custom orders and store requirements simultaneously without missing deadlines.
• Coordinate between designers, masters, karigars, vendors, stores and management.

Candidate Requirements :
